中药外敷配合TDP灯照射治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药外敷配合TDP灯照射治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:选择2017年6月~2019年3月128例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为两组各64例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药外敷配合TDP灯照射治疗。比较两组的症状和体征改善情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗组的下腹痛或腰骶痛治疗总有效率为93.8%,盆腔结缔组织增厚总有效率为90.6%,对照组分别为82.8%、76.6%,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的临床疗效总有效率为89.1%,对照组为78.1%,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷配合TDP灯照射治疗对慢性盆腔炎具有确切的效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of external application of Chinese medicine combined with TDP lamp irradiation on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:From June 2017 to March 2019,128 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups of 64 patients each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The treatment group was additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine and TDP lamp irradiation on the basis of the control group.treatment.The improvement of symptoms and signs and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of lower abdominal pain or lumbosacral pain in the treatment group was 93.8%,the total effective rate of pelvic connective tissue thickening was 90.6%,and the control group was 82.8%and 76.6%,respectively,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 89.1%and that in the control group was 78.1%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external application of Chinese medicine combined with TDP lamp irradiation has a definite effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
