应用揿针耳针针刺耳压法治疗儿童多发性抽动症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察对儿童多发性抽动症治疗中应用揿针耳针针刺耳压法的临床效果评价分析。方法:选取2018年6月~2019年1月本院中医儿科门诊接受的儿童多发性抽动症患者40例作为研究对象,根据随机抽签法将其分为两组,即:研究组和参照组,每组各20例。给予参照组患者应用针刺治疗;为研究组患者应用清铃揿针的耳针针刺耳压法进行治疗,观察患者治疗后的效果及半年后的复发率,并对其进行比较分析。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者半年后的复发率明显少于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将揿针耳针针刺耳压法应用于儿童多发性抽动症患者的治疗中获得的效果极为显著,不仅能够发挥出良好的治疗效果,还能够有效地降低预后的复发率,确保儿童能够健康、快乐的成长。Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture and ear acupuncture in the treatment of multiple tics in children.Methods:From June 2018 to January 2019,40 cases of children with multiple tics were accepted as the research objects in the Pediatric Outpatient Department of Chinese Medicine in our hospital,and they were divided into two groups according to the random drawing method,namely:the research group and the reference group.There were 20 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with acupuncture;the patients in the study group were treated with auricular acupuncture and auricular acupuncture to observe the effect after treatment and the recurrence rate after six months,and compared and analyzed them.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of patients in the study group after six months was significantly less than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of applying acupuncture and ear acupuncture to the treatment of children with multiple tics is extremely significant.It can not only play a good therapeutic effect,but also effectively reduce the prognosis recurrence rate and ensure children Able to grow healthy and happy.
