摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺钼靶联合动态增强MRI在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法:选取2018年3月~2019年1月本院收治的疑似乳腺癌女性患者63例为研究对象,所有患者均接受乳腺钼靶、动态增强MRI检查及穿刺活检。以穿刺活检病理检查结果为"金标准",分析乳腺钼靶、动态增强MRI及两者联合的诊断效能。结果:63例疑似患者中,经穿刺活检病理检查检出53例乳腺癌,乳腺良性肿瘤10例;乳腺钼靶联合动态增强MRI诊断灵敏度、准确度均高于乳腺钼靶及动态增强MRI单一诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺钼靶联合动态增强MRI在乳腺癌诊断中具有较高的诊断效能,可为临床早期诊疗提供更加全面、客观参考依据。Objective:To explore the value of breast molybdenum target combined with dynamic enhanced MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:Sixty-three female patients with suspected breast cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.All patients received mammography,dynamic enhanced MRI and puncture biopsy.Based on the results of biopsy as the"gold standard",the diagnostic efficacy of breast molybdenum target,dynamic enhanced MRI,and the combination of the two were analyzed.Results:Among 63 suspected patients,53 cases of breast cancer and 10 cases of benign breast tumors were detected by biopsy pathological examination.The sensitivity and accuracy of mammography combined with dynamic enhanced MRI were higher than those of mammography and dynamic enhanced MRI.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breast molybdenum target combined with dynamic enhanced MRI has higher diagnostic efficacy in the diagnosis of breast cancer,and can provide a more comprehensive and objective reference for early clinical diagnosis and treatment.
