经阴道彩色多普勒超声在异位妊娠诊断中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查在异位妊娠诊断中的临床价值。方法:择取凌源市中心医院2018年3月~2019年2月收治的66例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,依据随机数字分组法将其分成对照组和实验组(每组33例),对照组患者实施经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查,实验组患者接受经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,对两组患者的确诊情况、相应检查指标进行具体观察。结果:实验组患者的确诊例数明显多于对照组,且两组对象的检查指标差异明显,数据进行分析后存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对异位妊娠患者的诊断方式选择而言,经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查的效果较好。Objective:To explore the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 66 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were admitted to Lingyuan Central Hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random number grouping(33 cases in each group).Patients in the control group underwent transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound,and patients in the experimental group underwent transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.Specific diagnosis of the two groups of patients was observed.Results:The number of patients diagnosed in the experimental group was significantly more than that in the control group,and the examination indexes of the two groups of subjects were significantly different.The data were statistically significant after analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the choice of diagnostic methods for patients with ectopic pregnancy,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has a better effect.
