摘　　要：目的:探讨电子结肠镜检查的临床应用价值。方法:对2016年8月~2017年12月就诊于本院肛肠科,行电子结肠镜检查的703例患者进行回顾性分析。其中,检测出结直肠疾病患者357例,分析主要病变、发病年龄、性别的差异。结果:大肠疾病中结直肠炎、结直肠息肉、结直肠癌检出率较高。结直肠炎的发病率青中年高于老年,结直肠息肉和结直肠癌的发病率随着年龄的增加发病率显著增高,大肠病变在男性中的发病率现在的高于女性。结论:电子结肠镜对结直肠病变的诊断有重要意义,对于有相关症状的高危人群,应尽早行电子结肠镜检查。Objective:To discuss about the clinical significance and value of electronic colonoscopy.Methods:Clinical data of 703 patients who went electronic colonoscopy in Anorectal of our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively reviewed among whom 357 of them were detected with colorectal diseases.The patients’the lesion differences age sex were ananlyzed.Results:Among several colorectal diseased,colitis colorectal poly and colorectal cancer had higher detection rate.The detection rate of colitis on young and middle aged were higher than elderly group,along with the growth of age,the detection rate of colorectal poly and colorectal cancer had risen notably,the detection rate of the males’colorectal diseases were higher than female.Conclusion:Electronic colonoscopy is important for the diagnosis of colorectal lesion detection,for the high risk group who have the symptom,should be had electronic colonoscopy as soon as possible.
