输尿管软镜碎石术治疗肾结石的应用及疗效探究

摘　　要：目的:分析输尿管软镜碎石术治疗肾结石的临床疗效及安全性,为后续临床治疗提供方法参考。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年1月本院收治的80例肾结石患者为研究对象,患者均需要采取碎石术治疗,按照随机数据原则分为对照组及观察组,对照组采取经皮肾镜碎石术治疗,观察组采取输尿管软镜碎石术治疗,分析两组手术效果、碎石率以及术后并发症情况。结果:观察组手术时间以及术中出血量均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);对照组碎石率为90.0%,观察组为97.5%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);对照组并发症发生率为17.5%,观察组为2.5%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:肾结石治疗中采取输尿管软镜碎石术效果明显,安全系数高,临床可根据患者具体情况优先选择。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of ureteral lithotripsy lithotripsy in the treatment of kidney stones,and provide a method reference for subsequent clinical treatment.Methods:Eighty patients with kidney stones admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects.All patients needed to be treated with lithotripsy.For laparoscopic lithotripsy,the observation group was treated with ureteroscopy lithotripsy,and the surgical effects,lithotripsy rates,and postoperative complications were analyzed in both groups.Results:The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05);the lithotripsy rate of the control group was 90.0%,the observation group was 97.5%,and the difference between the groups was not significant(P>0.05);the incidence of complications in the group was 17.5%,and that in the observation group was 2.5%.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of nephrolithiasis with soft ureter lithotripsy has obvious effect and high safety factor,and it can be selected according to the specific situation of the patient.
