摘　　要：目的:探究喉罩通气全身麻醉在妇产科临床麻醉中的安全性。方法:选择2018年2月~2019年3月本院收治的104例妇产科手术患者为研究对象,将其按照随机均匀分组的方式均分成对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受气管插管麻醉,观察组患者则需接受喉罩通气全麻,对两组患者接受不同方式麻醉后的临床主要指标以及出现的不良反应情况进行观察。结果:观察组患者接受麻醉后的心率、血压等指标均好于对照组,且出现的麻醉后不良反应明显少于对照组,相应数据比较后存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:针对妇产科手术患者的麻醉,选择喉罩通气全麻的临床效果更好,具有良好的安全性。Objective:To explore the safety of laryngeal mask ventilation general anesthesia in clinical anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 104 patients undergoing gynecological and obstetric surgery in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into a control group and a research group according to random and uniform grouping.For anesthesia,the subjects in the study group need to receive general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation,and observe the main clinical indicators and adverse reactions after two groups of patients receive different anesthesia.Results:The heart rate and blood pressure of patients in the study group after anesthesia were better than those in the control group,and the adverse reactions after anesthesia were significantly less than those in the control group.There was a statistical difference after the corresponding data comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the anesthesia of gynecological and obstetric surgery patients,the general effect of laryngeal mask ventilation general anesthesia is better,it has good safety.
