安全管理在婴儿高压氧舱治疗中的重要性

摘　　要：目的:对婴儿进行高压氧舱治疗,增加使用安全管理的方法,得出具体的应用效果。方法:随机选取2018年8月~2019年5月来本院使用高压氧舱治疗的婴儿80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用高压氧舱常规管理方法,观察组采用安全管理新模式,对两组患儿出现管理风险事件的情况及家属满意度进行对比分析,得出相应的结果。结果:对照组40例患者中,风险事件发生率为2(5.00%),婴儿家属非常满意15(37.5%)例,满意16(40.0%)例,不满意9(22.5%)例,总满意度为77.5%。观察组40例患者中,风险事件发生率为0,婴儿家属非常满意23(57.5%)例,满意15(37.5%)例,不满意2(5.00%)例,总满意度为95.0%。观察组患儿风险事件概率明显低于对照组,观察组婴儿家属管理总满意度明显高于对照组,而且非常满意率明显优于对照组。结论:婴儿进行高压氧舱治疗的时候,增加使用安全管理模式,可以较为明显地提升婴儿的治疗效果,降低风险事件的发生概率,确保患儿家属具有较高的管理满意度,实现医患关系的缓和,具有良好的临床应用效果。Objective:To treat infants with hyperbaric oxygen chamber and increase the use of safety management methods to obtain specific application effects.Methods:80 infants who were treated with hyperbaric oxygen chamber in our hospital from August 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and safety group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional hyperbaric oxygen chamber management methods,and the safety group adopted a new safety management model.The situation of risk management events and family satisfaction among the two groups of children were compared and analyzed,and corresponding results were obtained.Results:In this experiment,the incidence of risk events was 2(5.00%)in the 40 patients in the control group.The infant family members were very satisfied with 15(37.5%)cases,satisfied with 16(40.0%)cases,and dissatisfied with 9(22.5%)Cases,with a total satisfaction of 77.5%.Among the 40 patients in the safety group,the incidence of risk events was 0,23(57.5%)of the family members were very satisfied,15(37.5%)were satisfied,2(5.00%)were not satisfied,and the total satisfaction was 95.0%.The probability of risk events in children in the safety group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The overall satisfaction of the management of infant family members in the safety group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the very satisfaction rate was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion:When infants are treated with hyperbaric oxygen chamber,increasing the use of safety management mode can significantly improve the treatment effect of infants and reduce the probability of risk events,ensuring that the family members of children have higher management satisfaction and achieve The relaxation of the doctor-patient relationship has a good clinical application effect.
