摘　　要：目的:调研某大型三甲公立医院公用设施系统管理现况,探讨如何通过科学标准化管理手段实现对该院公用设施系统的规范、安全、高效的管理。方法:通过访谈与实地走访该院总务各个班组、信息中心机房,确认问题。结果:通过对后勤公用设施系统进行现况调研,确认了两个系统性问题:①目视管理有待改善;②监控系统有待升级。针对这两个提出解决方案:①在"7S"基础上进行有效的目视管理;②建设设备运行管理与能耗计量平台。结论:通过对后勤公用设施系统进行科学精细化管理,可以切实提高设备的安全运行性,有效提高设备的工作效率,提升医院的精细化管理水平。Objective:To investigate the current status of public utility system management in a large top three public hospital,and to explore how to implement standardized,safe and efficient management of the public utility system of the hospital through scientific and standardized management methods.Method:Through interviews and on-site visits to various teams and information centers of the hospital’s general affairs to confirm the problem.Results:By conducting a survey on the current status of the logistics utility system,two systemic issues were identified:①The visual management needs to be improved;②The monitoring system needs to be upgraded.Solutions are proposed for these two:①Effective visual management on the basis of"7S";②Construction of equipment operation management and energy consumption measurement platform.Conclusion:The scientific and refined management of the logistics and public facilities system can effectively improve the safe operation of the equipment,effectively improve the work efficiency of the equipment,and improve the level of fine management of the hospital.
