摘　　要：党的领导和党的建设是国有企业的独特优势。新时代背景下,在国有企业建立现代企业制度的改革发展过程中,改善企业党的建设弱化、淡化、虚化、边缘化的问题,必须不断强化国有企业党的自身建设,努力提升领导能力和水平;必须聚焦重点,精准发力、务求实效。Party leadership and Party building are the unique advantages of state-owned enterprises.In the context of the new era,in the process of reform and development of state-owned enterprises to establish a modern enterprise system,to improve the problems of weakening,dilution,falsification,and marginalization of Party building,we must continuously strengthen the Party′s self-building in state-owned enterprises,and strive to improve leadership capabilities and levels.We shall focus on the key points,make precise efforts,and strive for practical results.
