摘  要:建设用地变化监测对区域规模化扩展和健康发展具有重要意义。本文定位区县级研究尺度,着重从地表覆盖角度入手,通过剖析地理国情监测、土地利用调查、1∶10000基础测绘等多源多尺度基础地理信息数据的表达异同,构建多源数据整合转换模型,定量分析研究区的建设用地现状,并从“十五”“十一五”“十二五”“十三五”的时间序列角度监测建设用地变化情况,研究该区域的土地利用开发程度;然后,对研究区域重点关注的规划发展区建设用地现状及发展均衡性进行研究,辅助城镇发展决策。本文探索的研究方法可为自然资源部第三次全国国土调查、常态化地理国情监测等成果的有效整合与综合应用提供借鉴。The change monitoring of construction land is of great importance to the large scale expansion and healthy development of the region.Oriented to the county-level research scale,this paper focused on the perspective of land cover,and constructed a multi-source data integration transformation model by analyzing the similarities and differences of multi-source and multi-scale basic geographic information data such as geographic national conditions monitoring,land use survey,and 1∶10000 basic mapping.On the basis,the current situation of construction land was quantitatively analyzed,and the change of construction land was monitored from the time series of the 10th Five-Year,the 11th Five-Year,the 12th Five-Year,and the 13th Five-Year.The degree of land use development was then studied.In order to support urban development decision,this paper discussed the construction land current situation and development balance of the planning development zone,which was the focus of the research area.The research methods explored in this paper provided references for the effective integration and comprehensive application of the third national land survey and constant geographic national conditions monitoring data.
