摘　　要：介绍了利用地理信息系统这种强大的空间信息处理工具,建立“访惠聚”村民信息采集与综合管理服务系统的过程。通过应用该系统,提高了乡村基层组织维护社会稳定、精准扶贫工作的能力和实效,为“访惠聚”工作提供了乡村管理的利器,为新疆社会稳定和长治久安提供了有力的地理信息服务保障。This paper introduces the process of establishing“Fang Hui Ju”villager information collection and integrated management service system by utilizing geographic information system which is a powerful spatial information processing tool.The application of this system improves the capability and effectiveness of rural grassroots party organizations in maintaining social stability and conducting precise poverty alleviation work,offers a powerful tool for rural management in“Fang Hui Ju”work,and also provides strong geographic information service guarantee for social stability and long-term security of Xinjiang.
