摘 要:为获得膨胀适宜的铝镁质干式料,以电熔白刚玉、97~#电熔镁砂、活性氧化铝微粉、MR70预合成尖晶石为原料,分别在1 100、1 400、1 500、1 600、1 700℃煅烧3 h制备铝镁质干式料试样,研究了引入预合成尖晶石(加入质量分数为0、3. 5%、7%和10. 5%)对试样性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明:引入适量的预合成尖晶石能够有效降低基质中铝镁尖晶石反应膨胀,进而控制材料服役初期膨胀,提高材料结构强度。当引入7%(w)尖晶石细粉时,铝镁质干式料烧后线变化率、显气孔率得到有效控制,显微结构明显改善,常温耐压强度大幅提升。In order to obtain alumina-magnesia dry vibration mix that produces suitable expansion,alumina-magnesia dry vibration mix was prepared using white fused corundum,97^#fused magnesia,active alumina micropowder and MR70 pre-synthesized spinel as the raw materials,heat treating at different temperatures(1100,1400,1500,1600 and 1700℃)for 3 h.The effects of pre-synthesized spinel addition(0,3.5%,7%,and 10.5%,by mass)on the properties and microstructure of alumina-magnesia dry vibration mix were studied.The results show that an appropriate pre-synthesized spinel addition can effectively reduce the expansion of alumina-magnesia spinel in the matrix,thus controlling the expansion at the beginning of the service and enhancing the structural strength of the materials;when adding 7%spinel fines,the linear change rate and the apparent porosity are effectively controlled,the microstructure is obviously optimized,and the cold crushing strength is significantly improved.
