摘 要:为了研究工业氧化铝粉粒度对活性氧化铝微粉(α-Al2O3微粉)性能的影响,以工业氧化铝粉(中位径为80μm)为原料,对其进行研磨,得到中位径分别为50、30、10、5μm的细粉,将研磨前后的工业氧化铝粉在1320℃保温5 h煅烧制得活性氧化铝微粉,研究了不同工业氧化铝粉粒度对活性氧化铝微粉显微结构及性能的影响。结果表明:工业氧化铝粉的初始粒度对活性氧化铝微粉晶粒形貌有较大影响,中位径>30μm时,煅烧后形成聚合状态的蠕虫状的α-Al2O3晶粒;当中位径<10μm时,煅烧后形成0.3~1.0μm、圆润、呈球形且分散状态良好的α-Al2O3晶粒。随着工业氧化铝粉初始粒度的减小,α-Al2O3转相率提高,真密度呈逐渐增加的趋势。随着工业氧化铝粉初始粒度的减小,烧后α-Al2O3粉的研磨变得容易,其分散性变优,具有较好的流动性。To study the effect of the particle size of industrial alumina powder on the properties of active alumina micropowder(α-Al 2O 3 micropowder),the fine powders with the median diameter of 50,30,10,and 5μm,respectively,were obtained by grinding industrial alumina powder(the median diameter of 80μm),and the active alumina micropowders were prepared by firing the industrial alumina powders before and after grinding at 1320℃for 5 h.The effect of the particle size of the industrial alumina powder on the microstructure and properties of the active alumina micropowder was researched.The results indicate that the initial particle size of the industrial alumina powder has a great influence on the grain morphology of the active alumina micropowder;when the median diameter is larger than 30μm,theα-Al 2O 3 grains show wormlike aggregates state after calcination;and when it is smaller than 10μm,theα-Al 2O 3 are rounded,spherical and well dispersed grains with the particle size of 0.3-1.0μm.With the initial particle size of the industrial alumina powder decreasing,theα-Al 2O 3 phase transition rate increases and the true density gradually increases;moreover,theα-Al 2O 3 powder after firing is easier to be ground,and shows better dispersity and fluidity.
