摘  要:简要介绍了中钢集团洛阳耐火材料研究院研制的全自动平板导热仪的原理、结构、特点和应用。该热导率测试仪的设计基于ASTM C201和GB/T 17911中对于热导率测试的要求,采用先进的测控技术,实现了循环水恒压恒温,测试过程自动控制,数据自动采集,避免了人工调节和测量带来的不确定性和人为误差,提高了控制精度和稳定性,在降低人工成本的同时提高了测试效率。单层试样多温度点测试和多层试样多温度点测试结果表明,本设备在测试过程中可对试样冷热面温度、量热器水温及中心量热器-保护量热器温差进行稳定控制,可实现温差调零的自动调节,极大地提高了测试的准确度。The principle,the structure,the characteristics and the application of the automatic flat heat conduction tester developed by Sinosteel LIRR were briefly introduced.The design of this instrument is based on the requirements of ASTM C201 and GB/T 17911 for the thermal conductivity test.With advanced measurement and control technologies,the circulating water of constant pressure and temperature,automatic control of the test process,and automatic data collection can be realized,which avoids the uncertainty and errors caused by manual adjustment and measurement,improves the control accuracy,stability,and the test efficiency,and reduces the labor cost.Single-layer and multi-layer samples were tested at multiple temperatures.The results show that the temperatures of the cold and hot surfaces of the samples,the water temperature of the calorimeter and the temperature difference between the central calorimeter and the protective calorimeter can be controlled stably by the tester,thus achieving the automatic zero setting of the temperature difference and greatly improving the test accuracy.
