烘房对真空管道产品质量提升的探究

摘  要:本文简述了真空管道生产中气体热冲洗排气工艺的特点以及作用原理,分析了某车间真空管道生产过程中存在的缺陷,结合分析结果,把烘房应用到真空管道生产中。文章把管道的漏放气速率、夹层真空度及理论真空寿命与工艺改变前进行了对比,总结了烘房对真空管道产品质量提升产生的积极作用,并解释了烘房的存在使得管道排气加快、成品管道夹层真空度提高、放气率下降的原因。This paper introduced the features and working principles of hot-gas-washing process applied to vacuum pipeline production,analyzed imperfections in that process,and combined analysis results with the actual situation,drying room was applied to the production line.This article compared the gas leakage rate,interlayer vacuum and theoretical vacuum life of the finished pipes produced by drying room with earlier ones,summarized that drying room played a positive role in improving vacuum pipeline’s quality,and explained the reasons for drying room accelerated pipe exhaust,increased the interlayer vacuum and decreased the rate of deflate.
