摘　　要：介绍了一种大型不锈钢罐体酸洗钝化酸雾收集处理系统设备的设计应用,解决了酸洗钝化中受制于酸雾的强酸性对材料设备的腐蚀这一大难题,并根据酸雾的腐蚀特点,重点介绍了酸雾收集处理工艺、设备功能和结构等,满足将酸雾废气体回收,然后经过处理再进行排放,降低了环境的污染,且具有良好的社会性。The design and application of a large stainless steel tank pickling passivation acid mist collection and processing system equipment are introduced,which solves the problem of corrosion of materials and equipment due to the strong acidity of acid mist in pickling passivation.The corrosion characteristics of acid mist,focusing on the introduction of acid mist collection and processing technology,equipment functions and structure,etc.,meet the requirements of recovering acid mist exhaust gas,and then treating and discharging,reducing environmental pollution,and has good sociality.
