摘　　要：市场对二醋酯纤维素纤维面料的需求不断增长,但由于二醋酯纤维素纤维及其混纺面料的印花工艺尚不成熟,阻碍了其进一步发展与应用。文章研究了Naia^TM醋酯纤维素纤维面料的平网印花工艺,根据醋酯纤维的特性,对印花加工流程中关键工序需要注意的事项进行剖析,并通过两次色牢度测试对该印花工艺的可行性进行验证,以期为生产技术人员提供参考思路。The market demand for cellulose acetate fiber fabric is growing.However,the undeveloped technology of flat screen printing on cellulose acetate fiber and its blended fabric hamper further development.This paper studies the flat screen printing of Naia^TM cellulose acetate fiber,and analyzes the matters needing attention in the key process of the printing based on the characteristics of cellulose acetate fiber.And the paper also verified the feasibility of the printing process via two times color fastness tests,so as to provide reference and insight for production technicians.
