风药在肾病中的应用

摘　　要：风邪贯穿于肾病发生、发展的始终,是病程中的重要因素,外在风邪及内生风邪皆可入肾,形成肾风。在肾病治疗过程中予以祛风治风之药,理入肾之风,予风邪以出路,往往起到事半功倍的效果。需要注意的是,内风、外风并非可以完全区分开。外风可以入里化为内风,内风也可与外风同气相求,共同为邪。临床上所用平肝疏肝、祛风理血通络等药物,并非全部都是辛温之品,所以在应用中不应只局限于古文献中所述风类药特点,凡具有升、散、行、动、窜、通等特点的药物均可归纳为风类药的范畴。而风药在治疗过程中不仅能直接祛散内外风,还可以通过调节机体脏腑、气血、阴阳的功能而发挥作用。Wind evil factor runs through the occurrence and development of Kidney disease being an important factor in the course of the disease.Both external and endogenous Wind evil factor can enter the Kidney and form Kidney Wind.In the treatment of the disease,the drugs functioning in removing Wind or dispelling Wind can treat the Kidney Wind as well as giving the Wind evil a way out often have a multiplier effect.It should be noted that the internal and external Wind cannot be completely distinguished.The outside Wind can be turned into the inside Wind,and the inside Wind can also become the outside wind in way of like attracts like,so both of which can work together.Not all of the drugs used in the clinic,which can clear Liver Fire,soothing Liver Qi,dispelling Wind,regulating blood or dredging collaterals are pungent and warm in character.Therefore,the application of these drugs should not be limited to the characteristics of Wind-dispelling items described in the ancient literature.All drugs with the characteristics of ascending,dispersing,moving,driving,fleeing,and communicating,can be classified as Wind medicines.In the course of treatment,Wind drugs can not only dissipate the internal and external Wind but also play roles in adjusting the functions of Zang and Fu,Qi and Blood as well as Yin and Yang.
