摘　　要：焦虑症与抑郁症的治疗周期较长,尤其是素体亏虚或病程迁延者,如从根源入手,采用补养心气、益肾填精、安神定志之治法,改善症状较为明显,或病久不愈,或顽固缠绵者尤为适宜。在治疗过程中,注意心与肾的关系,偏于心之营血亏虚伴虚热内生者,以养心补血,清敛虚热为主,佐以滋养肾阴,使肾水上济,阴阳调和;偏于肾精不足伴心经虚热者,以益肾填精为主,佐以清滋收敛心气,可使心火下移以暖肾水,使补而不滞。心主血,肾藏精,精血同源,一荣俱荣,一损俱损,故补心气、养心血而兼顾肾精,滋肾精、益脑髓而兼顾心营,水火既济,上下呼应,并且守法守方,可收到满意效果。The treatment cycle of anxiety and depression is relatively long,especially for those with body deficiency or prolonged disease course.Starting from the root by adopting the treatment of nourishing Heart,nourishing the Kidney and filling the Essence as well as calming the mind is especially suitable for those who have been cured for a long time or who are with serious symptoms.In the process of treatment,great attention should to be paid to the relationship between the Heart and the Kidney.Those who are partially due to the heart's blood deficiency and endogenous deficiency Heat,methods of nourishing the Heart and the blood as well as clearing the deficiency Heat is mainly used,to supplement the Kidney Yin to help with reconciling of the Yin and Yang.For those who suffer from Kidney Essence deficiency and deficiency Heat of Heart meridian,methods of benefiting Kidney and filling Essence is commonly used,supplementing with clearing Heat and tonifying Yin to converge the Heart Qi,by which the Heart Fire would move down to warm the Kidney Water and prevent from stagnation.The Heart masters the blood and stores the Essence of the Kidney,both of which are actually from the same origin and closely related to each other.Therefore,when the Heart and blood are nourished and the kidney essence is nourished,both are improved in action and the satisfactory results would be brought about.
