摘　　要：中医药防治复发性口腔溃疡(recurrentoralulcer,ROU)以辨证论治、经方治疗、经验效方、外用治疗等方法为主,不仅可缓解疼痛和溃疡,且在预防复发方面也有其独特优势。ROU的致病机制尚未明确,治疗方法尚未统一,具体主要存在以下不足:研究缺乏大样本量的治疗数据,不足以支撑现有归纳证型及用药;临床缺乏长期疗效监测,外治法存在治标不治本的隐患;各医家经验、认知不同,诊疗存在差异,尚未形成统一、规范的共识。同时,研究所涉文献虽证型众多,但证素不外乎“火”“热”,所用方药广泛,明显以泻心类和滋阴、清热类为主。针对上述问题,今后需进一步加强基础研究,模拟病证模型,深入探讨ROU的发病机制,此外可通过多方联合增加样本量,建立长效监测机制,明确ROU的基本证型及治法方药,使其诊疗形成规范统一的共识性意见。The prevention and treatment of recurrent oral ulcer(ROU)by traditional Chinese medicine is mainly,based on syndrome differentiation,Jingfang prescription treatment or empirical prescription treatment,by combination of external treatment.It not only can relieve pain and ulcers,but also has its unique advantages in preventing relapse.The pathogenic mechanism of ROU has not been clarified,and the treatment method has not been unified.The specific main deficiencies are as follows:the lack of large-scale treatment data for research is insufficient to support the current There are inductive syndromes and medications;there is a lack of long-term clinical efficacy monitoring,and there are hidden dangers of external treatments that do not cure the symptoms;the medical doctors have different experiences and perceptions,and there are actual or written differences in diagnosis and treatment.A unified and standardized consensus has not yet been formed.At the same time,although there are many types of documents involved in the research,the syndromes are nothing more than"Fire"and"Heat",and the prescriptions are widely used,but they are mainly to clear Heart Fire,tonify Yin and clear Heat.In response to the above problems,it is necessary to further strengthen basic research in the future,simulate the disease syndrome model,and explore the pathogenesis of ROU in depth.In addition,through a combination of multiple parties to increase the sample size,a long-term monitoring mechanism is established to clarify the basic syndrome type and treatment of ROU,so that the diagnosis and treatment can be formed based on standardized and unified consensus opinion.
