摘　　要：血栓前状态致复发性流产临床常称为“易栓症”。血栓前状态是指多种因素导致止血、凝血、抗凝和纤溶系统功能失调或障碍的一种病理过程。李伟莉教授认为该病主要与肝、脾、肾三脏有关,血瘀是其主要致病因素,而血瘀的产生与患者情绪、饮食、起居等因素相关,故从瘀论治时应根据个体情况,补肾化瘀、行滞化瘀、清热化瘀、益气养血化瘀,详辨虚实,清补兼顾,孕前未病先防,预培其损,孕后积极保胎,且保胎时间超过既往流产时间,屡有成效。Recurrent miscarriage caused by prethrombotic state is often referred to as"thrombophilia".Prethrombotic state refers to a pathological process in which dysfunction or disorder of hemostasis,coagulation,anticoagulation,and fibrinolysis systems are caused by various factors.Professor Li Weili believes that the disease is mainly related to Liver,Spleen and Kidney.Blood stasis is the main pathogenic factor,and the occurrence of blood stasis is related to the woman's mood,diet,daily life and other factors.According to the individual situation,tonifying Kidney to disperse stasis,removing stagnation to disperse stasis,clearing Heat to disperse stasis,supplementing Qi and nourishing blood to disperse stasis should be used flexibly.Both clearing Heat and tonifying deficiency should be used.In addition,taking care of the patient before pregnancy and actively protecting the baby after pregnancy should also be done.Moreover,the time for baby protection should exceed the previous abortion time.In this way,satisfying outcome would be achieved.
