摘 要:目的:观察健脾散结方对Ⅱ-Ⅲ期胃癌术后且完成辅助化疗患者无病生存期生活质量的影响。方法:采用前瞻性同期对照研究,纳入Ⅱ-Ⅲ期胃癌根治术后患者,以是否自愿接受基于健脾散结为主的辨证治疗方案将其分为健脾散结方组和对照组,两组患者均需完成术后辅助化疗。COX多因素回归分析、Kaplan-Meier生存分析对健脾散结方组和对照组的无病生存率进行比较,同时采用癌症患者生命质量测定量表对胃癌患者生活质量改善状况进行评估。结果:健脾散结方组与对照组1年、2年无病生存率分别为87.0%、73.9%及58.5%,43.9%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);无病生存期(disease-free survival,DFS)分别为29个月和18个月,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004);生活质量改善方面,健脾散结方组在疲倦、恶心与呕吐、失眠、食欲丧失、便秘方面改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与对照组相比,健脾散结方可提高Ⅱ-Ⅲ期胃癌患者1年、2年的无病生存率,延长无病生存期,改善胃癌患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Sanjie Recipe on the quality of life of patients with stageⅡ-Ⅲgastric cancer who have undergone adjuvant chemotherapy after disease-free survival.Methods:A prospective contemporaneous controlled study was used to enroll patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for stageⅡ-Ⅲgastric cancer,and they were divided into Jianpi Sanjie prescription group and control group based on whether they will voluntarily receive a syndrome-based treatment plan based on Jianpi Sanjie.All patients in the group need to complete postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.COX multivariate regression analysis and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis were used to compare the disease-free survival rates of the Jianpi Sanjie recipe group and the control group.At the same time,the cancer patients'quality of life scale was used to evaluate the quality of life improvement of gastric cancer patients.Results The 1-year and 2-year disease-free survival rates of Jianpi Sanjie recipe group and control group were 87.0%,73.9%and 58.5%,43.9%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);disease-free survival(DFS)was 29 months and 18 months respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004);in terms of quality of life improvement,Jianpi Sanjie Recipe group had fatigue,nausea and vomiting,insomnia,loss of appetite 3.The improvement in constipation is superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the control group,Jianpi Sanjie Recipe can improve the 1-year and 2-year disease-free survival rate of patients with stageⅡ-Ⅲgastric cancer,prolong the diseasefree survival period,and improve the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer.
