疏肝清热解毒方治疗亚急性甲状腺炎

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝清热解毒方治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将42例亚急性甲状腺炎患者随机分为治疗组21例和对照组21例。两组患者均给予消炎痛,在此基础上治疗组给予自拟疏肝清热解毒方口服。治疗6周后比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效,疼痛消失时间、热退时间,甲状腺功能恢复情况、C反应蛋白(C-ceactive protein,CRP)水平、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)下降速率、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后甲状腺功能较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组ESR、CRP均降低(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝清热解毒方治疗热毒壅盛型亚急性甲状腺炎疗效优于消炎痛,其机理与改善甲状腺功能、CRP及ESR水平和减少西药的药物不良反应有关。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Qingre Jiedu Prescription on sub-acute thyroiditis.Methods:42 patients with subacute thyroiditis were randomly divided into 21 cases in the treatment group and 21 cases in the control group.Both groups of patients were given indomethacin,and on the basis of this,the treatment group was given oral self-made Shugan Qingre Jiedu Prescription.After 6 weeks of treatment,compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the time of pain disappearance,the time of heat regression,the recovery of thyroid function,the level of C-Reactive protein(CRP),the rate of decline of ESR The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.Results:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05)and the symptom improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the thyroid function of the two groups after treatment was significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment The group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the ESR and CRP of both groups decreased(P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Qingre Jiedu Prescription has better curative effect than acetaminophen in the treatment of subtypes of acute thyroiditis with heat,toxic and heat,and its mechanism is related to improving thyroid function,CRP and ESR levels and reducing adverse drug reactions of Western medicine.
