泻青丸治疗三叉神经痛

摘　　要：目的:观察泻青丸对三叉神经痛患者卡马西平用量及不良反应的影响,并观察其对患者的临床疗效。方法:80例三叉神经痛肝胆火炽证患者随机平均分为对照组与观察组。对照组应用卡马西平(每片0.1 g)每次0.1 g,每日2次,依据患者的病情和主诉调整剂量,如果止痛效果差,则每日增加0.1 g,但每日口服最大剂量应低于1.0 g;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予泻青丸。两组均治疗15 d。比较两组患者治疗后卡马西平用量、出现卡马西平不良反应的患者数;比较治疗前后患者生活满意度指数B(life satisfaction index B,LSIB)、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)、血中C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平。结果:治疗15 d后,观察组卡马西平用药量及出现不良反应病例数与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者LSIB、VAS及血中CRP、IL-6、INF-α比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组以上指标与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泻青丸治疗三叉神经痛可减少卡马西平的用药量及不良反应发生率,提高患者LSIB,降低VAS,降低CRP、IL-6及TNF-α的水平。Objective:To observe the effect of Xiqing Pill on the dosage of carbamazepine and the adverse reactions of carbamazepine in patients with trigeminal neuralgia,and to observe its clinical efficacy on patients.Methods:Eighty patients with trigeminal neuralgia,liver,gallbladder and fire syndrome were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group should use carbamazepine(0.1 g per tablet)0.1 g each time,twice a day,and adjust the dose according to the patient's condition and chief complaint.If the analgesic effect is poor,increase daily by 0.1 g,but the maximum daily oral dose should be Less than 1.0 g;the observation group was given Xieqing Pill based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 15 days.Compare the amount of carbamazepine and the number of patients with carbamazepine adverse reactions after treatment;compare the life satisfaction index B(LSIB),visual analogue score(VAS)of patients before and after treatment The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the blood.Results:After 15 days of treatment,the dose of carbamazepine and the number of cases of adverse reactions in the observation group were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in LSIB,VAS,blood CRP,IL-6,INF-αbetween the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the above indicators in the observation group were compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xieqing Pill can reduce trigeminal neuralgia and reduce the dosage of carbamazepine and the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the patient's life satis-faction index B,reduce the visual analog score,and reduce the blood concentration of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α.
