摘　　要：目的:评价补肾化痰法治疗骨转移癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:计算机检索国内外中英文数据库,检索时间限定为建库至2019年8月,收集所有具有补肾化痰功效的中药复方治疗骨转移癌的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),由两名研究者独立进行文献筛选、资料提取及质量评价后,采用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入文献10篇,共584例患者。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组(单用西药)比较,试验组(补肾化痰方药+西药)可有效提高骨转移癌患者的生活质量,降低疼痛程度,促进骨转移灶恢复及改善中医证候表现。两组以上指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾化痰法治疗骨转移癌安全有效,其与西药连用具有增效的协同优势,可有效提高临床疗效,但仍需高质量的临床RCT支持验证。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Huatan method in treatment of bone metastatic cancer.Methods:The computer searched the Chinese and English databases at home and abroad,the search time was limited to the establishment of the database until August 2019,and all randomized controlled trials(RCT)of all traditional Chinese medicine compounds with the effect of invigorating the kidney and reducing phlegm to treat bone metastatic cancer were collected.After investigators independently conducted literature screening,data extraction and quality evaluation,Revman5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Results:10 articles were finally included,a total of 584 patients.Meta analysis results indicate that:compared with the control group(Western medicine alone),the experimental group(Bushen Huatan prescription+Western medicine)can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with bone metastatic cancer,reduce pain,promote bone metastasis recovery and improve TCM syndromes which performed.When comparing the above two groups of indicators,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huatan method is safe and effective for the treatment of bone metastasis cancer.Its combination with Western medicine has synergistic advantages of synergism and can effectively improve the clinical efficacy.However,high-quality clinical RCT support is still required for verification.
