摘  要:为解决某火箭发动机涡轮泵转子动力学建模中存在的参数不确定性问题,采用PCE法对连接刚度的不确定性问题进行研究。建立转子系统的有限元模型,与确定的模态试验结果进行对比,前两阶的模态频率误差不超过4%。采用PCE法建立局部连接刚度含不确定性参数的动力学模型,研究连接刚度为服从高斯分布的随机变量时引起的转子动力学特性的不确定性。将结果与基准解进行对比分析,验证了该方法的有效性。To solve the parameter uncertainty problem existing in the dynamic modeling of a turbocharger rotor of a rocket engine,PCE method is used to research on the uncertainty of joint stiffness.Than,the finite element model of the rotor system is established.The established finite element model is compared with the determined modal test results.The modal frequency error of the first two orders does not exceed 4%.Based on this,the PCE method is used to establish the dynamic model of the local connection stiffness with uncertain parameters.In this paper,the uncertainty of the rotor dynamics caused by the Gaussian distribution variable obeyed by the joint stiffness is studied.The results are compared with the benchmark solution,which is used to verify the effectiveness of this method.
