摘　　要：针对燃气计量表产品的结构特点和装配精度要求,采用闭环控制、视觉识别、建模优化、在线检测等先进技术,研发燃气计量表全自动成套智能装备系统,逐步构建出燃气计量表智能制造新模式应用,缩小与世界领先企业在自动化、智能化水平及效率上的差距。According to the structural characteristics of gas meter products such as complex structure,numerous parts,high assembly precision,advanced technology,closed-loop control,visual identification,on-line detection,etc.this paper develops complete sets of full-automatic process equipment for the gas meter,and constructs its new intelligent manufacturing mode,thus narrowing the gap with the world’s leading enterprises in the level of automation,intelligence and efficiency.
