摘 要:传统的工程建设项目从立项到竣工验收需要进行多次测量,向多个部门提供几种总体类似、各有侧重的测量数据,浪费大量人力物力财力。为响应国家“一次办好”改革的要求,提出了一种联合测绘(多测合一)信息管理系统的建设思路,设计出涵盖数据生产、质检、入库和成果审核全过程的作业流程,指出要建设联合测绘(多测合一)信息管理系统需突破的几项关键技术和设计时应考虑的系统特点,为各地联合测绘(多测合一)政策的推广实施提供了借鉴经验。Traditional engineering construction projects need to measure many times from project approval to completion acceptance,and provide several similar measurement data to many departments,which wastes a lot of human,material and financial resources.In order to respond to the requirement of the national“one time to done”,this paper presents a construction idea of the information management system for combined survey(multi survey integration),designs the operation process covering the whole process of data production,quality inspection,storing and results review,and points out several key technologies that need to be broken through and system characteristics that should be considered in the design which construct the information management system for combined survey(multi survey integration),It provides a reference experience for the extension and implementation.
