摘 要:海南酒店目前已经形成聚集效应,在旅游业与区域经济发展中发挥效用。竞争力提高一直是学术界和经营界关注的重点领域,酒店竞争力提升可以从酒店本身要素出发,也可以从区域酒店发展出发。海南当前旅游业发展现状使得酒店竞争更易受到区域产业发展的影响,引入价值链和范围经济理论,分析两者在实现酒店竞争优势的内在统一性,以合作和共享为前提,构建战略联盟,促进酒店在产业范畴和区域范畴以一体化、多元化的方式实现价值链增值和区域范围经济,有助于酒店获得成本优势和差异化优势,从而提高竞争力。At present,Hainan hotels have formed a clustering effect,which plays an important role in tourism and regional economic development.The improvement of competitiveness has always been the focus of academic and business circles.The improvement of hotel competitiveness can start from the elements of the hotel itself or the development of regional hotels.The current situation of tourism development in Hainan makes the hotel competition more vulnerable to the influence of regional industry development.The paper introduces the theory of value chain and scope economy,analyzes the internal unity of the two in realizing the competitive advantage of hotels,builds strategic alliance on the premise of cooperation and sharing,and promotes the hotel to realize the value chain value-added and regional value-added in an integrated and diversified way in the industrial and regional areas scope economy helps hotels to gain cost advantage and differentiation advantage,so as to improve competitiveness.
