高粮堆粮食立筒仓通风设计的探讨

摘　　要：通过工程案例,计算了筒仓机械通风粮堆阻力和空气通过风机温升,提出空气温升过高会影响筒仓通风效果甚至是有害通风,对允许降温通风条件进行了修正,针对高粮层机械的通风设计提出解决方案。Through engineering cases,the resistance due to mechanical ventilation of grain stack in silo and the air temperature increase value through wind resistance are calculated。It is proposed that excessive temperature rise will affect the silo ventilation effect and even cause harmful ventilation。The permitted ventilation and cooling conditions are revised,a basic solution design for the machanical ventilation of high-grain stack is introduced in the article.
