摘　　要：灰分是可再分散乳胶粉的重要指标,但灰分的测试方法无统一的标准,测试不同灼烧温度可再分散乳胶粉灰分的变化,同时应用XRD测试了不同灼烧温度灰分的主要成分。由此得出温度是影响可再分散乳胶粉灰分测试结果的重要因素,并分析了温度导致灰分测试结果差异的原因。Ash is the important index of redispersible latex powder,but there is no test method uniform standard for ash.In this paper,the ash change of redispersible latex powder at different burning temperature is tested,and the main components of ash at different burning temperature are tested by XRD.The temperature is an important factor affecting the ash test results of redispersible latex powder,and the reasons for the difference of ash test results caused by temperature are analyzed.
