摘 要:为获取高负荷五级压气机试验环境下进口侧单级压气机和出口侧四级压气机各自性能,需在首级可调静叶上布置叶型探针进行级间气流参数测量。对叶型探针的气流状态进行了预估,并在叶型探针校准特性分析基础上定量分析了首级可调静叶进口气流总压和总温测试误差及两者分别对进口侧单级压气机和出口侧四级压气机性能测试精度的影响。研究表明:随着转速降低,叶型探针气流偏角逐渐超出其不敏感角范围,气流总压测试误差显著增大,严重影响进口侧单级压气机和出口侧四级压气机性能评定,但气流总温测试误差随转速变化较小;与出口侧四级压气机相比,进口侧单级压气机压比低、温升小,进出口气流总温和总压测试误差对其等熵效率的影响更加敏感。In order to obtain the performance of the inlet side single stage and the outlet side four stages in a high load five-stage compressor test environment,the airfoil sensor should be arranged on the first adjust able stator to measure the interstage airflow parameters.Based on the flow state prediction of the airfoil sen sor and its calibration characteristics,the total pressure and total temperature measuring error of the first stage adjustable stator inlet airflow and its influence on the performance measuring accuracy of the inlet side single stage and the outlet side four stages were analyzed.The research shows that with the reduction of the rotational speed,the flow angle of the blade sensor gradually exceeds its insensitive angle range,and the total pressure measuring error increases significantly which seriously affects the performance evaluation of the inlet side single stage and the outlet side four stages.However,the total temperature measuring error does not change significantly.Comparing with the outlet side four stages,the inlet side single stage has the characteristics of low pressure ratio and small temperature rise,which makes the measuring error of flow pa rameters more sensitive to its isentropic efficiency measuring accuracy.
