摘 要:采用响应曲面分析研究了聚合氯化铝(PAC)和羧甲基壳聚糖(CMC)复合去除蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)的最优实验条件.在单因素实验的基础上,以PAC的投加量、CMC的投加量以及静置时间为考察因素,以小球藻去除率、残余铝浓度为考察指标,用Box-Behnken实验设计方法设计了共17组实验.结果表明:通过响应曲面预测得到了最优实验条件,在PAC投加量6.56 mg(131 mg/L)、CMC投加量0.5 mg(10 mg/L)、静置时间40 min时,除藻率达到最大92%,残余铝浓度达到最低0.13 mg/L.通过最优预测条件验证,得到的藻类去除率为91%,残余铝浓度为0.16 mg/L,说明预测值与实际值差别不大.In this paper,PAC and CMC were used to coagulation Chlorella pyrenoidosa by response surface methodology(RSM).Based on the single factor experiments,Box-Behnken Design(BBD)was used to arrange the 17-run trial,in which PAC dosage,CMC dosage and static time as inspection factor;algae removal rate and residual aluminum concentration as inspection index.By predicting the optimal experimental conditions by RSM,it is found that when the dosage of PAC is 6.56 mg(131 mg/L),the dosage of CMC is 0.5 mg(10 mg/L),and the resting time is 40 min,the algae removal rate reaches 92%and the residual aluminum concentration reaches 0.13 mg/L.The optimal forecast conditions are verified by the verification,the algae removal rate was 91%,the residual aluminum concentration was 0.16 mg/L,the difference between the predicted value and the actual value was not significant.
