摘  要:目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎病区管理方法,促进援鄂医疗队顺利开展工作。方法在新型冠状病毒肺炎定点收治医院病区管理工作中,采用"6S"和目视化管理方法。比较进驻1周内(采用常规病区管理方法)及实施新管理方法1周的效果。结果实施"6S"融合目视化管理后,往返拿取物资时间显著缩短,医护人员满意率显著提高(均P<0.01);病区护理质量得分升高。结论 "6S"融合目视化管理能够帮助援鄂医疗队快速适应工作环境,有效提高新型冠状病毒肺炎病区的护理工作效率和医护人员满意度。Objective To explore the management methods for COVID-19 ward and to help the medical staff who are dispatched to Hubei province to battle the virus.Methods Conventional management was conducted during the first week when the medical staff from other parts of China arrived at the COVID-19 ward,then 6S methodology and visual management were implemented for a week.Effects were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the time to take materials was significantly shortened,and the satisfaction rate of medical staff was significantly improved(P<0.01 for all).The scores of nursing quality were increased.Conclusion Implementation of 6S methodology and visual management can help the medical staff from other parts of China adapt quickly to working environment in COVID-19 ward,thus to enhance work efficiency and satisfaction of medical staff.
