可调压式多功能头带在颅脑手术后的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究可调压式多功能头带在颅脑手术后的应用。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年10月在我院接受颅脑手术的患者82例,随机分为对照组及观察组;对照组患者采取常规包扎,观察组患者采取加可调压式多功能头带包扎。对比两组患者的并发症发生率、生活质量及预后程度(GOS评分)。结果:观察组患者并发症总发生率为7.3%,对照组患者的并发症总发生率为17.1%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的SF-36各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗前,观察组患者的GOS评分为(6.52±1.12),对照组患者的GOS评分为(6.71±1.32),两组患者的GOS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的GOS评分为(12.31±1.63),对照组患者的GOS评分为(10.43±1.82),观察组患者治疗后的GOS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:可调压式多功能头带对帮助患者减少颅脑手术患者的并发症,提升生活质量,改善预后良好具有重要意义,值得推广。Objective:To study the application of adjustable pressure multi-function headband in craniocerebral operations.Methods:82 patients who had received craniocerebral operation in our hospital selected from May 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were routinely bandaged,while patients in the observation group were bandaged with adjustable pressure multi-function headband.The complication rate,quality of life and the degree of prognosis(GOS score)of two groups were compared.Results:the total incidence of complications was 7.3%in the observation group and 17.1%in the control group.The observation group was lower than the control group on the data(P<0.05).After treatment,the sf-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,of which the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,the GOS score of the observation group was(6.52±1.12),and the GOS score of the control group was(6.71±1.32).The difference had no statistical significance in the GOS score between the patients of two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the GOS score of the observation group was(12.31±1.63),and the GOS score of the control group was(10.43±1.82).The GOS score of the observation group was higher than the GOS score of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:adjustable pressure multi-function headband is of great significance to help patients reduce complications of craniocerebral operation,improve the quality of life,and improve the prognosis of patients,which is worth extending.
