水试法在中药鉴定中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析水试法在中药鉴定中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年8月—2018年5月我院购进的中草药中随机抽取30味药材,根据中草药鉴定方法不同,分为观察组与对照组,其中观察组采用水试法对中药逐一展开鉴定,对照组采用仪器对30味中药依据《中国药典》依次进行鉴定。每味中草药在鉴定时均选取相同的剂量。对比两组中药鉴定准确率及1h内鉴定中药种类情况、鉴定中药中所产生的成本及花费的鉴定时间。结果:两组中药鉴定准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于对照组,观察组1h内鉴定中药种类较多,且观察组中药鉴定成本及花费的鉴定时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与仪器鉴定相比,在中药鉴定中采用水试法具有鉴定成本低、操作简单、鉴定时间短等优点,在临床应用中值得推广。Objective:To analyze the application effect of water test in the identification of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:From August 2017 to May 2018,30 Chinese herbal medicines purchased by our hospital were randomly selected.According to different identification methods of Chinese herbal medicines,they were divided into observation group and control group.Among them,the observation group used water test method to identify Chinese herbal medicines one by one,and the control group used instruments to identify 30 Chinese herbal medicines in order according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The same dosage was selected for each Chinese herbal medicine.To compare the accuracy rate of identification of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups,to identify the types of traditional Chinese medicine within one hour,to identify the cost and time spent in identification of traditional Chinese medicine.Result:There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group identified more kinds of traditional Chinese medicine within one hour,and the cost and time of identification of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with instrument identification,water test method has the advantages of low cost,simple operation and short identification time,which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
