摘  要:目的:探讨核桃低聚肽(walnut oligopeptides,WOPs)对辐射小鼠小肠损伤的保护作用。方法:将96只SPF级雌性BALB/c小鼠随机分为6组:空白对照组、模型对照组、乳清蛋白组(0.44g/kg)、3个WOPs组(0.22、0.44、0.88g/kg),再将每组随机分为2个亚组。连续饮水干预不同溶液第14天,除空白对照组外所有小鼠全身照射3.5Gy剂量60Co-γ射线,分别在辐射后第3天和第14天采用ELISA法检测小鼠血清脂多糖(LPS)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸水平,对小鼠十二指肠、空肠和回肠进行HE染色,观察其损伤情况,并用ImageJ软件测量绒毛长度和隐窝深度。结果:辐射改变了小肠形态结构,显著降低了绒毛长度,增加了隐窝深度及血清LPS、DAO、D-乳酸水平(P<0.05)。与模型对照组相比,预先补充或后期继续干预乳清蛋白和WOPs不同程度地改善了辐照小鼠小肠形态结构。辐射后第3天,与模型对照组相比,WOPs各剂量组小鼠小肠各肠段绒毛长度显著增高(P<0.05),隐窝深度、血清LPS水平、血清DAO水平及血清D-乳酸水平显著降低(P<0.05)。辐射后继续干预乳清蛋白及WOPs至辐射后第14天,与模型对照组相比,WOPs中、高剂量组小鼠小肠各肠段绒毛长度显著增加(P<0.05),隐窝深度、血清LPS水平及血清DAO水平均显著降低(P<0.05),血清DAO水平则是WOPs低、中剂量组显著降低。辐射后第3天和第14天,乳清蛋白组的效果均不显著。结论:WOPs对辐射小鼠小肠损伤具有良好的保护作用。【Objective】To investigate the protective effect of walnut oligopeptides on small intestine injury in irradiated mice.【Method】Totally 96 female BALB/c mice grade of SPF were randomly divided into 6 groups including blank control group,model control group,whey protein group(0.44g/kg),three WOPs groups(0.22g/kg,0.44g/kg,0.88g/kg),then each group was randomly divided into 2 subgroups.On the 14th day after continuous drinking water intervention with different solutions,the all mice except blank control group were exposed to 3.5 Gy 60Co-γradiation.On the 3rd and 14th day after irradiation,the levels of serum lipopolysaccharide(LPS),diamine oxidase(DAO)and D-lactic acid were detected with ELISA and the histopathology of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of mice were observed and the villi length and crypt depth were measured by ImageJ software.【Result】Radiation changed the morphology of small intestine,significantly decreased the length of villi,and increased the depth of crypt and the levels of serum LPS,DAO and D-lactic acid(P<0.05).Compared with the model control group,supplementation of whey protein and WOPs before and after the irritation improved the morphology of small intestine in irradiated mice.On the 3rd day after irradiation,compared with the model control group,the villus length of the mice in each dose group of WOPs increased significantly(P<0.05),while crypt depth,serum LPS level,serum DAO level and serum D-lactic acid level decreased significantly(P<0.05).Continually interfered the mice with whey protein and WOPs until the 14th day after irradiation,and compared with the model control group,the villus length of small intestine in the middle and high dose groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and their depth of crypt,levels of serum LPS and DAO were significantly decreased(P<0.05).While the serum DAO level decreased in the low and middle dose groups.On the 3rd and 14th day after irradiation,the effect of whey protein group was not significant.【Conclusion】WOPs had a favorable protective effect o
