握力训练应用于乳腺癌PICC置管患者中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨握力训练应用于乳腺癌经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管患者中的效果。方法选择2017年11月至2019年11月本院收治的乳腺癌PICC置管患者114例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各57例。对照组行常规干预,观察组在此基础上行握力训练干预。对比两组并发症发生率、带管期间总体舒适度及训练依从性情况。结果观察组静脉炎、血栓、上肢肿胀发生率分别为3.51%、0.00%、0.00%,均低于对照组22.81%、14.04%、12.28%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组带管期间总体舒适度0分、1~4分、5~7分、8~10分分别为15.79%、49.12%、24.56%、10.53%,均优于对照组5.26%、31.58%、40.35%、22.81%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组训练依从性为96.49%,高于对照组75.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论握力训练应用于PICC置管患者中可降低并发症发生率,增强患者总体舒适度,提高训练依从性,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of grip strength training for patients with breast cancer who have been placed a central venous catheter(PICC)through a peripheral vein.Methods From November,2017 to November,2019,114 patients with breast cancer taking PICC in our hospital were selected,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 57 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine intervention,and the observation group underwent grip training intervention on this basis.The incidences of complications,overall comfort,and training compliance during the tube period were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of phlebitis,thrombus,and swelling of the upper limbs were 3.51%,0.00%,and 0.00%in the observation group,and were 22.81%,14.04%,and 12.28%in the control group,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).was,and no occurred,which were lower than those in the control group.15.79%,49.12%,24.56%,and 10.53%of the patients in the observation group and 5.26%,31.58%,40.35%,22.81%in the control group scored 0,1-4,5-7,and 8-10 in the overall comfort,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).The training compliance was higher in the observation group than in the control group(96.49%vs.75.44%;P<0.05).Conclusion Grip training patients with breast cancer undergoing PICC catheterization can reduce the incidence of complications,increase their overall comfort and training compliance,so it is worth being generalized.
