摘　　要：女性不孕症发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,其中子宫内膜因素占重要部分。目前临床上关于改善子宫内膜生长状态的方法,主要包括口服药物治疗、仿生物电刺激、干细胞疗法等,疗效均欠满意。而近些年来,有学者指出5型磷酸二酯酶抑制剂(PDE 5抑制剂)阴道内给药在子宫内膜的改善中发挥着重要作用。本文就PDE5抑制剂阴道给药对子宫内膜作用的可能机制及相对优点进行阐述,提出阴道内PDE5抑制剂有望成为改善子宫内膜的新型治疗方法。The incidence of female infertility is increasing,and endometrial factors account for an important part.Currently,the clinical methods for improving the endometrium growth mainly include oral drug therapy,simulated bioelectric stimulation,and stem cell therapy,but their efficacies are not satisfactory.In recent years,some scholars have pointed out that intravaginal administration of type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitor(PDE5 inhibitor)plays an important role in the improvement of endometrium.In this paper,the possible mechanism and relative advantages of vaginal administration of PDE 5 inhibitor to endometrium are described,and it is suggested that the vaginal dose of PDE 5 inhibitor may be a new treatment method for endometrium improvement.
