摘　　要：本文设计了一款基于单片机的六氟化硫气体的监测系统,采用STC12C5A60S2单片机为主控制器,通过DHT11温湿度传感器采集环境的温湿度数据、7ID-SF6六氟化硫传感器检测六氟化硫断路器的开关柜中六氟化硫气体的浓度,将这些数据传输至单片机,在单片机中进行A/D转换后,通过LCD12864液晶显示屏进行显示输出,并且同时与设定值相对比,若断路器中的气体出现异常,即刻做出报警通知,告知相关人员,以确保工作人员的安全和减少财产的损失。In this paper,a monitoring system of sulfur hexafluoride gas based on single chip microcomputer is designed.STC12C5A60S2 single chip microcomputer is used as the main controller,DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor is used to collect the temperature and humidity data of the environment,the 7id-sf6 sulfur hexafluoride sensor is used to detect the concentration of sulfur hexafluoride gas in the switch cabinet of sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker,and these data are transmitted to single chip microcomputer for A/D conversion.After that,LCD12864 LCD is used to display the output,and at the same time,compared with the set value,if the gas in the circuit breaker is abnormal,an alarm notice will be given immediately to inform the relevant personnel,so as to ensure the safety of the staff and reduce the loss of property.
