摘 要:系统分析了国内外脱硫技术发展历程、现状和最新进展,研究指出目前主流工艺设施日益凸显的运行能耗、可靠性、经济性问题,尤其是该工艺发展的不可持续问题,揭示了高效资源化脱硫技术是未来发展的必然趋势,建议将煤炭源头资源化脱硫及烟气中SO2硫资源化技术作为今后要重点发展的可持续技术路线,大力推进煤炭源头脱硫、基于固相吸附再生、液相吸收再生或化工过程耦合生物法回收硫资源的资源化脱硫技术研究。The development course,present situation,and the latest progress of desulfurization technology at home and abroad are systematically analyzed.The study pointed out that there are some prominent problems of the current mainstream technology and facilities,such as high energy consumption,reliability,and economy in the operations,especially concerning the unsustainable development issues.The study reveals that the efficient resource utilization of sulfur is an inevitable trend of desulfurization technology development in the future.Meanwhile,it suggested that the resource of coal desulfurization at fountainhead and the sulfur dioxide-to-resource in flue gas should be developed for sustainable development in the future.In addition,some technologies,including coal desulfurization at the fountainhead,solid-phase adsorption regeneration,liquid-phase absorption regeneration,and chemical process coupling biological engineering,should be developed for the sulfur resources.
