摘  要:提出了在烟道前端预置荷电器与改造烟道成基于同极静电力互斥防尘烟道壁的技术,并研究了其对净化效率的影响,通过对理论公式与试验数据的分析,讨论了引入此法在净化空气过程中放电电压大小、推动荷电粒子运动的风速、荷电粒子飞行距离等因素对预荷电效果的影响。结果表明,前置预荷电器,并应用静电防尘烟道能防止烟道壁积尘结垢,加强对粉尘的预荷电能力。It put forward the technology of putting the charge electric appliance in front of the flue and convert the flue into electric flue with the the charge at the same level creates mutually exclusive electrostatic force,and study the effect on purification efficiency in the research.Through analyze the theoretical formula and experimental data,discuss the effect of Discharge voltage size,the wind speed that drives charged particles,the distance charged particles travel on precharge-effect.The results show that,put the charge electric appliance forward and use the electrostatic dust prevention flue can prevent the dust attached to flue,strengthen the pre-charged capacity of dust.
