摘 要:在石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺物料衡算的基础上,对SO2吸收系统的石膏排出和脱硫废水处理系统的污泥脱水环节风险点进行了分析。同时在可行性论证的基础上进行了取消石膏排出泵和板框压滤机,联合浆液循环泵和皮带脱水机实现石膏排出和脱硫废水处理的优化设计和改造。改造结果显示石膏排出及污泥脱水系统可在不影响原有设备稳定达标运行条件下有效并入总脱硫系统,同时有效降低电厂的生产及运行成本。Based on the material balance of limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process,the risk points of sludge dewatering in the gypsum discharge and desulfurization wastewater treatment system of SO2 absorption system were analyzed.At the same time,on the basis of feasibility study,the gypsum discharge pump and plate and frame filter press were cancelled,and the slurry discharge and dewatering machine were combined to realize the optimal design and transformation of gypsum discharge and desulfurization wastewater treatment.The transformation results showed that the gypsum discharge and sludge dewatering system could be effectively integrated into the total desulfurization system without affecting the stable operation of the original equipment,and effectively reduced the production and operation costs of the power plant.
