摘 要:华能杨柳青热电厂4×300 MW机组烟气脱硝系统采用选择性催化还原法(SCR)工艺,液氨中杂质在储氨罐内储存过程中沉积累积,供氨时从底部母管进入后续设备、管道可造成堵塞。有必要定期对储氨罐进行内部清理。针对液氨有毒、易燃易爆特性,应执行科学、环保、安全的脱硝储氨罐置换与清理措施。The selective catalytic reduction(SCR)process is adopted in the flue gas denitration control system of Yangliuqing Power Plant 4×300 MW units,the impurities in liquid ammonia of the anmonia storage tank are deposited and accumulated during storage.ammonia supply from the bottom of the main pipe into the subsequent equipment,pipes will cause blockage.The periodic internal cleaning of the anmonia storage tank is necessary.In view of the toxic,inflammable and explosive characteristics of liquid ammonia,scientific,environmentally friendly and safe measures should be carried out to replace and clean the ammonia tank.
