摘　　要：该文介绍解决工程机械液压系统在日常作业工况中的液压油液重点参数的状态监控,并将实时监测数据反馈后台,达到实时在线监测液压清洁度和油况。具有独立先导压力油路的机械设备油液监控,机械设备包括工程机械在内的各种液压系统的设备。This paper introduces the solution of the hydraulic system of construction machinery in the daily operation of the state of the key parameters of hydraulic oil monitoring,and real-time monitoring data feedback background,achieve real-time online monitoring of hydraulic cleanliness and oil condition.With independent pilot pressure oil line of mechanical equipment oil monitoring,mechanical equipment including engineering machinery and a variety of hydraulic system equipment.
