摘　　要：目的总结反复病毒核酸检测阴性的疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床特点,并对其原因进行探讨,为下一步防控及检测手段改进提供参考。方法回顾性分析本院隔离病区住院的反复病毒核酸检测阴性但又疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎的5例患者,总结其流行病学史、临床表现、实验室检查及影像学特征,分析核酸检测阴性的可能原因。结果5例患者均具有明确的接触史,具有新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床表现,实验室检查指标符合,具有典型影像学特征。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎的诊治过程中,要注意可能会出现的“假阴性”现象,多从流行病学和临床表现综合判断,分析可能形成的原因,通过多个部位留取标本及多种检测手段联合的方法,提高检测准确率。Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of suspected COVID-19 with repeated negative viral nucleic acid test,and to discuss the causes,so as to provide a reference for further prevention and control and improvement of detection methods.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 5 suspected COVID-19 patients with repeated negative viral nucleic acid test who were admitted to the isolation ward of our hospital,and their epidemiological history,clinical manifestations,laboratory examination,and imaging characteristics were summarized,in order to analyze the possible causes of negative nucleic acid test.Results All 5 patients had clear contact history,clinical manifestations of COVID-19,consistent laboratory examination indexes,and typical imaging characteristics.Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19,we should pay attention to the possible"false negative"phenomenon,mainly make comprehensive judgment from the epidemiological and clinical manifestations,analyze the possible causes,improve the detection accuracy through multiple parts of specimens and a variety of detection methods.
