血液透析并发冠心病患者PCI术后生活质量影响因素分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨影响血液透析并发冠心病患者PCI术后生活质量的相关因素,并就其因素给予相应的护理对策。方法选取2017年7月至2019年7月行血液透析并发冠心病患者PCI术患者90例,采用调查表对患者疾病资料和人口学资料进行调查,采用健康相关生活质量量表(SF-36)调查生活质量,同时采用多因素logistic回归分析法对影响血液透析并发冠心病患者PCI术后生活质量的相关因素和主要因素进行分析。结果选取的90例患者中,有26例患者生活质量受到影响,发生率为28.89%。经多因素logistic回归分析显示性别、冠心病类型及术后吸烟为影响血液透析并发冠心病患者PCI术后生活质量的主要因素。结论多种因素均会影响血液透析并发冠心病PCI术后患者的生活质量,明确主要影响因素,并采取相应的护理对策,改善患者生活质量,同时促进预后康复。Objective To explore the related factors affecting the quality of life(QOL)of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing hemodialysis after PCI,and to put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing hemodialysis after PCI were selected from July 2017 to July 2019.The clinical data and demographic data of patients were investigated by using the questionnaire.The quality of life was investigated by using the health-related quality of life scale(SF-36).At the same time,the factors and main factors affecting the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing hemodialysis after PCI were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The quality of life of 26 of 90 patients was affected,with the rate of 28.89%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender,coronary heart disease type,and postoperative smoking were the main factors affecting the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing hemodialysis after PCI.Conclusions Many factors will affect the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing hemodialysis after PCI.It can improve the quality of life of patients and promote the recovery of prognosis at the same time to clarify the main influencing factors and take corresponding nursing countermeasures.
