摘　　要：随着智能手机的普及,有些特殊单位和区域,如监狱、部队、涉密单位等,手机信息泄密成为头等大事,但是传统方式采用禁止携带手机或采用大功率噪声屏蔽技术进行屏蔽,对三大运营商进行全频段信号屏蔽(信号压制、干扰),由于禁止携带手机或通信网络被屏蔽,又无法满足应急通信及移动办公的信息化需求。因此,在这些特殊单位和区域建设一套手机智能屏蔽网络,既能保证合法手机的正常使用,又能阻止非法手机的入侵,非常迫切和具有实用价值。With the popularity of smart phones,some special units and areas,such as prisons,military units,secret related units,etc.,mobile phone information disclosure has become a top priority.However,the traditional way is to prohibit carrying mobile phones or use high-power noise shielding technology to shield the three operators'full band signal(signal suppression and interference).Because it is forbidden to carry mobile phones or the communication network is blocked,it can not meet the information needs of emergency communication and mobile office.Therefore,building a set of mobile phone intelligent shielding network in these special units and areas can not only ensure the normal use of legitimate mobile phones,but also prevent the invasion of illegal mobile phones.It is very urgent and practical.
