摘 要:本文主要研究医用铱-192后装源的研制方法。通过高通量反应堆照射铱丝制备源芯,采用氩弧焊密封源壳和源辫的方法制备铱-192后装源。并对制备的铱-192后装源进行质量检验,检验结果表明铱-192后装源密封性好,无泄漏,表面无污染,活度最大偏差在±5%以内。产品的性能指标均优于行业标准,达到国外同类产品水平。The preparation method of medical Ir-192 afterloading source was studied in this paper.First,The source core was prepared by irradiating iridium wire through high flux reactor,and then the method of argon arc welding seal source shell and source braid was used to prepare Ir-192 afterloading source.The quality test of the Ir-192 afterloading source was carried out.The results showed that the Ir-192 afterloading source had good sealing property,and no leakage orcontamination on the surface.The maximum deviation of activity is less than±5%.The performance indexes of the products are superior to the industry standards,and achieve the same level of similar products abroad.
